Honor of Kings Feb 5 Update: Hero Balance and Bug Fixes

The Honor of Kings Feb 5 Update is officially live, offering hero balance changes in a limited scope and a series of bug fixes and visual enhancements. This update intends to adjust competitive balance and at the same time solve several gameplay and UI issues raised by players.

Hero Balance Changes in the Feb 5 Update

Heroes That Got Buffs (Stat Increases)

Diaochan

Diaochan's ability damage has been increased, and she can now also heal more from her Passive Skill, which means that she can be both a potent burst, only, and a survivable main.

Hou Yi

Being a late-game marksman, Hou Yi's damage has been raised significantly, thus allowing him to have a stronger game finishing impact.

Prince of Lanling

Heroes That Got Nerfed (Stat Reductions)

Erin

Erin's Skill Attack Speed Bonus has been scaled back; her damage will definitely be lower most of the time.

Dharma

Some of Dharma's skill damage and health recovery have been cut, so he won't be that unstoppable in long fights.

Liang

Bug Fixes and Technical Improvements

Besides balance changes, the Honor of Kings Feb 5 Update fixes eight bugs that were quite annoying and polishing issues that were improving the overall gameplay, visual, and sound design experience.

Spriteling

A problem has been fixed where the planted flag could sometimes visually distort.

Icy Charms

The abnormal trail display problem has been resolved.

Haya & Cirrus

There was a bug where Cirrus's ultimate would pull the targets to Haya's mirage, but that has been fixed now.

True Hertz Yaria

Better the trail shot animation when one comes out of the base in a game.

Crimson Rider Guan Yu

The sound effects of the powered, up Basic Attack while in Charge Stance have been raised.

UI and Skin Display

The problem with skin quality labels showing up incorrectly while scrolling in edit mode due to layering has been solved.

Ballerina Erin

There was a visual bug when the "Love Dance" Custom Button would trigger an effect that was too big.

Cirrus (Quick Match Mode)

An issue was fixed that did not let Cirrus fly after he had leveled directly from level 3 to level 5.
