Tencent has confirmed that Honor of Kings: World will launch first in China on PC, Android, and iOS, with pre-registration already live on China’s Apple App Store. The franchise shifts from its traditional MOBA format to a full open-world action RPG developed with TiMi Studio Group. The new format focuses on exploration, co-op gameplay, and boss encounters.

Honor of Kings World Release Date confirmed for China

The Honor of Kings World launch date is officially set for April 4, 2026, in China. Tencent has now revealed the final schedule after earlier reports indicated a Spring 2026 release window. The confirmed Honor of Kings World release date applies only to the Chinese market at launch.

The game conducted its Pioneer Test on July 24, 2025, to evaluate its main systems and server performance through testing by chosen players before the game launched. The test results determined both the Honor of Kings World release date and the final launch version. The current date applies only to China, and the Honor of Kings India version announcement shows that the developers plan to expand the game. Yet, they have not yet shared any global release dates.

Honor of Kings World PC and Technical Support

The PC version will launch on the same day as mobile platforms for the Honor of Kings World release in China. The system includes raytracing support with NVIDIA DLSS 3, which improves performance through optimization. The ecosystem will include cross-platform progression as a standard feature.

Global Release Outlook

Tencent has not shared details about a worldwide rollout. The Honor of Kings World release date has been confirmed for China, but international availability remains unannounced.

The game includes three main features: weapon switching, party coordination and open-field boss fights. The game offers cross-platform progression and extended gameplay, which differs from the original MOBA format.
