September 2025 has been eventful for the Pokemon GO community. From the arrival of new megas to multiple shiny debuts, trainers had a blast in the first month of the Tales of Transformation season. As the month is about to wrap up, we have a couple of events still coming our way to end September on a high note. One such event is the last Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour, which features Aron.

Starting on September 30, 2025, the event will begin at 6:00 PM in your local time and will last for one hour, concluding at 7:00 PM. Pokemon GO Aron Spotlight Hour September 2025

The spotlight hours of September have been announced with the Tales of Transformation season announcement. The Pokemon GO community has been aware of what the calendar looks like for September. However, it is understandable that many of us forgot the hour-long event in the game due to the sheer number of events for this month.

This is where @g47ix came to the rescue with their on-time reminder on their official X. On 28th September 2025, around 9:30 PM (IST), the post for the spotlight hour has been made live by @g47ix.

From the seasoned trainers to the beginners in the game, everyone is excited for Tuesday's spotlight hour. Before the Pokemon GO Steel Skyline Event, this one-hour-long event gives a much-needed chance for beginners to build some good Aggrons.

Pokemon GO Aron Spotlight Hour: Event Bonuses

On 30th September, 2025, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, trainers will encounter Arons frequently in the wild. Here are the Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour rewards for 30th September:

• There will be 2x Transfer Candy for all Pokemon during the one-hour window.
• There are chances for trainers to earn Mega Energy while catching Aron.

Please note that shiny Aron is available during the Aron Spotlight Hour Pokemon GO. However, the shiny rate of this Pokemon is not boosted.

Aggron For PvP & PvE

Aggron is one of the best and budget-friendly steel/rock-type Pokémon in the game. For the trainers who have just started their journey, building an army of six would be a priority. Moreover, this Pokemon has some plays in Ultra League. The rank 1 PvP IVs would be 0/13/15.

Make sure to catch as many Arons as possible. Make sure you check the IVs in your bag to mark the good Arons as favorites. If you wish to earn more candies during this event, consider mega Lucario, mega Tyranitar, and other steel/rock-type Pokemon as your buddy during the event.
