A new Pokémon is going to debut during the Harvest Festival in Pokémon GO. This Pokémon is called Dipplin. It is a dual-type Pokémon, having both Grass and Dragon types. As per Pokémon lore, Dipplin is actually a worm that resides in an apple. Dipplin was introduced in the 9th generation of the franchise in the Paldea region of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Dipplin evolves into Hydrapple but doesn't lose its typings. It is highly effective against Rock, Ground, and Water Types.

Here are the ways to evolve these Pokémon:

• You can grab 200 Applin Candy and 20 Syrupy Apples to evolve your Applin into a Dipplin.
• To level up your Dipplin to a Hydrapple, you’ll need 400 Applin Candy and to catch seven Dragon-type Pokémon while having Dipplin as your buddy.

During the Harvest Festival event, you might run into some Syrupy Apples! There’s a better chance of finding them at PokéStops that have Mossy Lure Modules active. When you tap on these apples, you can get Sweet Apples, Tart Apples, Syrupy Apples, or even some Pokémon encounters. Lucky Trainers may even encounter Applin.
