Tencent is bringing a reality show based on Battle Royale elements just days after the version 4.4 update. The new reality show PUBG Mobile Trial of Fire dares to challenge every player who has ever played the game.

PUBG Mobile has announced its first-ever reality show on its official X handle earlier today, on May 21, 2026. The show has been named PUBG Mobile Trial of Fire. The new PUBG Mobile Trial of Fire Show is going to premiere on May 30, 2026.

Tencent may release a teaser or trailer of PUBG Mobile Trial of Fire ahead of the global release in the coming days. The nomenclature of the PUBG Mobile reality show appears heavily inspired by one of the latest 4.4 update features, ‘Trial of Courage’.

This feature added 6 trials in Erangel, completing which helps players access Crown Adobe and befriend centaur boss Helios.

Bali Becomes the Battleground for 16 Real Squads

The PUBG Mobile Trial of Fire Show will feature 16 elite squads from around the world competing against each other in a real-life setting. The first-ever PUBG Mobile reality show has been filmed at one of the most beautiful Indonesian islands, Bali. As per the official announcements, the 16 squads won't just play the game on mobile screens but will try to survive in ‘real-life’ too, putting their strategy, survival skills and willpower to the test.
