SHORE Playtest on Steam is Finally Out; Here's How to Play It Now

What is SHORE?

SHORE is a 1-4 player coop game where you and your friends team up together to escape a deadly island in the middle of the ocean and reach the shore of civilization. SHORE is made by a one-person developer called Underdog. This is a physics-based game (like many other friend-slop titles) where your party must coordinate to sail a raft across the ocean filled with hazards: sharks, whirlpools, storms, and more.

Sailing a raft is more challenging than it looks since every wave can tilt it, causing your entire party to drown in a watery grave. Moreover, the ocean will be divided into several biomes, each having its own set of hazards and disasters that you must avert at any cost to stay alive. While a member of your party can sail the raft, others must work together to hunt for food by fishing for meat. No sessions will be the same since you will be sailing through different biomes each time.

How to Join the SHORE Playtest?

The SHORE playtest on Steam has already gone live, and players can request it on the game platform itself. If you wish to get a taste of what sailing the seas on a raft with your friends feels like, here's what you must do:

• Click on Request Access under the SHORE Playtest section on Steam

If you get invited to check out this game before launch, you will be notified via an email with the link to download the game files.
