As CSK has arranged an intra-squad match at HPC, Chennai, and many social media posts has surfaced where, an English cricketer, James Coles was spotted during the match. These posts suggested that James Coles IPL 2026 appearance could be seen, but however, there is official confirmation about whether James Coles has joined CSK for the rest of the season.

The viral social media posts also made it look that the person is not James Coles but some other overseas player or support staff from the current Chennai Super Kings squad as he was recently playing County Cricket in UK. However, these are all speculations that James Coles CSK association is true until and unless anything is confirmed by the management. If he will join the CSK squad in the IPL, he will add an extra value to the team with his services.
