Despite the dismissal, his incredible feat means Vaibhav Suryavanshi Fastest 500 runs in IPL record now surpasses legends like Chris Gayle and Glenn Maxwell, who previously held the record but took more matches to reach the mark. In IPL 2026 alone, Suryavanshi has been playing at a ridiculous strike rate above 260, showcasing his dominance in the powerplay and middle overs.
