During the 8th over of RCB's innings, Kohli got a long hop from Rashid Khan. The man with the most runs in IPL wasn't going to miss this opportunity as he deposited the ball right into the stands for a clean six over long on.

While it was a poor delivery from Rashid, one of the best bowlers in IPL, Kohli showed the kind of form he is in. The RCB opener looked at absolute easy while playing this shot, drawing a memorable reaction from his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma as well. Virat Kohli Takes RCB Home

It was Kohli's night at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium as he dominated the GT bowling attack. The target of 206 runs wasn't easy but Kohli made it look simple with some exquisite shot-making during the RCB vs GT IPL 2026 match.

Kohli, arguably the best batsman in IPL, showed his wide range of shots as the bowlers had no ideas. Kagiso Rabada bowled at close to 150 kph consistently but it didn't affect a batter of the calibre of Virat Kohli. He entertained the crowd at Chinnaswamy with some high-class shots.

The 37-year-old scored 81 off 44 balls before being dismissed by Jason Holder. At that point, he had already taken RCB closer to the victory line. He smashed 8 fours and 4 sixes during his whirlwind knock. With this innings, he has risen to the top of the IPL orange cap list once again.

Meanwhile, it was a total dominance from the Royal Challengers Bengaluru as they thrashed Gujarat Titans in the last league game at M Chinnaswamy Stadium this season. They chased down the target with seven balls to spare. With this victory, they have risen to the second spot in the IPL points table. RCB have carried on their form from the last season and have played like the defending champions so far.
