Al Ittihad have reportedly set sights on signing Sadio Mane from Al Nassr. Karim Benzema is pushing his side to get the former Liverpool man as they look to bolster the squad.

As per a report by Ben Jacobs, Al Ittihad are looking to add more firepower to their squad and sees Mane as the ideal player. The Saudi Pro League side are now in talks with the Cristiano Ronaldo-led side, and are open to signing the former permanently or on loan for the season.

The report claims that Al Ittihad are keen on getting the forward as Benzema is looking to work with the former Liverpool star. Mane has 2 years left on his contract at the club and is yet to make a decision on the possible move.
On the other hand, Al Nassr are open to letting Mane leave the club this summer. They are yet to decide if they want to let the forward join their title rivals, but have not got another offer on the table for him.

Al Ittihad let Abderrazak Hamdallah leave the club this summer and he has joined Al Shabab. They are keen on signing a replacement and Benzema wants the Senegal star to join him at the Saudi Pro side, who finished 5th in the league – 42 points behind the champions Al Hilal.
