Chelsea

Reece James (hamstring) is back after his suspension, but Malo Gusto’s thigh issue from Gameweek 3 is a concern. Romeo Lavia is still out with a hamstring injury, and Omari Kellyman’s international break injury could keep him sidelined. Meanwhile, Palmer reportedly suffering from muscle fatigue, but is expected to recover in time.

Crystal Palace

Palace’s Chadi Riad (knee) and Matheus Franca (rib) are still out, but Jefferson Lerma is fit again after recovering from a toe injury. Adam Wharton’s withdrawal from international duty is thought to be a precaution.

Everton

Everton will miss Youssef Chermiti (foot) and Armando Broja (foot). Jarrad Branthwaite (groin) and Nathan Patterson (hamstring) are back in training, but their match fitness remains in question. Seamus Coleman limped off against England after an Achilles injury and has returned to Everton for assessment, missing Ireland’s match against Greece. His FPL ownership remains minimal due to Everton’s poor form.

Fulham

Fulham has no major injury concerns heading into Gameweek 4, and Marco Silva has named the same starting XI for the first three matches of the season.

Ipswich Town

Ipswich will be without Wes Burns (hamstring), George Hirst (knee), and Harry Clarke (Achilles), but Nathan Broadhead (hamstring) is close to a return.

Manchester City

Phil Foden missed international duty due to illness and is a doubt, while Savio (knee) and Oscar Bobb (leg) are both ruled out for the clash against Brentford. Netherlands manager Ronald Koeman confirmed that Manchester City defender Nathan Ake likely suffered a muscle injury during Tuesday’s match against Germany. Ake was stretchered off, raising concerns for Pep Guardiola, who may have one fewer option for upcoming European fixtures. Expect Pep Guardiola to give more updates closer to the match.

Manchester United

Mason Mount (muscle), Leny Yoro (foot), and Tyrell Malacia (knee) remain out for Manchester United. Luke Shaw (calf) and Rasmus Hojlund (hamstring) are inching closer to returns. He downplayed the injury and is expected to be available for Manchester United’s match against Southampton, barring any updates from Erik ten Hag.

Newcastle United

Newcastle’s Jamaal Lascelles (knee) and Sven Botman (knee) are long-term absentees, while Callum Wilson (back) and Joe Willock (thigh) may feature after recovering from minor injuries.

Boubacar Traore (knee), Sasa Kalajdzic (knee), and Enso Gonzalez (knee) remain out for Wolves. Rayan Ait-Nouri and Mario Lemina are being assessed after returning early from international duty with minor issues.
