Fantasy Premier League: Predicted Lineups | Team News | Injury Updates | FPL GW 25

Premier League action continues this week with 12 matches taking place. Manchester City, Luton Town, Liverpool and Brentford play twice this game week, while all other sides play once each.

Without further ado, here are the latest team news for all sides ahead of game week 25: 

Arsenal

Mikel Arteta will be without Jurrien Timber, Fabio Vieira, and Thomas Partey for the match against Burnley. Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Elime Smith Rowe, and Takehiro Tomiyasu remain doubtful, but the manager is hoping that they can make it to the Arsenal match-day squad for the trip to Turf Moor.

Predicted XI: Raya; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior; Odegaard, Rice, Havertz; Saka, Trossard, Martinelli

Aston Villa

Unai Emery will be hoping that his players put the Manchester United loss behind them and refocus on getting back into the top 4. He has a fresh injury issue with Boubacar Kamara out for the season after picking up an ACL injury in the defeat to the Red Devils. 

Emiliano Buendía, Jhon Durán, and Ezri Konsa are ruled out of the match this week. Tyrone Mings is back in training but remains doubtful, along with Diego Carlos.  

Predicted XI: Martinez, Cash, Torres, Lenglet, Moreno, Luiz, McGinn, Bailey, Diaby, Ramsey, Watkins

Bournemouth

Andoni Iraola will have to work without his best full-backs once again as Max Aarons and Ryan Fredericks remain on the sidelines. Tyler Adams is yet to feature in the league and is still nursing his knee injury.

To make things worse for the visiting side, they will be without Phillip Billing as he serves the second match of his 3-match ban following the red card against Nottingham Forest earlier this month. 

Predicted XI: Neto, Smith, Zabarnyi, Senesi, Kerkez, Cook, Christie, Tavernier, Scott, Semenyo, Solanke

Brentford

Thomas Frank has a host of players ruled out ahead of Liverpool’s visit to the Brentford Community Stadium. The manager will need to work without Rico Henry and Aaron Hickey in his defence while Josh Dasilva and Bryan Mbeumo are unavailable in attack.

Kevin Schade is also missing for the home side, which should force the manager to go into the game with the same starting XI that won at Wolverhampton last week.

Brighton & Hove Albion

Roberto de Zerbi has four players on the sidelines this week when Brighton travel to face Sheffield United. Joao Pedro, Solly March, Julio Enciso, and James Milner are out of the game.

Jack Hinshelwood is also a doubt and will need to undergo a late fitness test this week.

Burnley

Vincent Kompany will be sweating on the fitness of Charlie Taylor and Jordan Beyer as they face late fitness tests ahead of their match against Arsenal. While the duo could still make the squad, Nathan Redmond, Luca Kolesho, and Lyle Foster are ruled out of the game. 

Predicted XI: Trafford; Assignon, O’Shea, Esteve, Vitinho; Ramsey, Berge, Brownhill, Odobert, Amdouni, Fofana

Chelsea

Mauricio Pochettino has to dig deep once again as Thiago Silva is ruled out of the match against Manchester City. Chelsea have had a long injury list this season, and that is set to continue this week. 

Wesley Fofana, Reece James, Marc Cucurella, Romeo Lavia, Robert Sanchez, Lesley Ugochukwu, and Benoit Badiashile are also out of the clash with the Cityzens. 

Predicted XI: Petrovic, Gusto, Disasi, Colwill, Chilwell, Caicedo, Enzo, Palmer, Gallagher, Jackson, Nkunku

Crystal Palace

Michael Olise, Cheick Doucoure, Joel Ward, Rob Holding, and Eberechi Eze are injured and ruled out for the Everton clash. Roy Hodgson is also unlikely to be in the dugout after the manager was taken to hospital on Thursday morning. 

Predicted XI: Henderson, Munoz, Anderson, Richards, Mitchell, Wharton, Ayew, Hughes, Lerma, Franca, Mateta

Everton

Dele Alli and Arnaut Danjuma remain out injured for Everton this week. Abdoulaye Doucoure, Andre Gomes, and Ben Godfrey are doubtful and will be hoping that they can make the matchday squad. 

Predicted XI: Pickford, Godfrey, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko, Gueye, Garner, Young, Harrison, McNeill, Calvert-Lewin

Fulham

Fulham host Aston Villa this week in the league and will be hoping that Tosin Adarabioyo is back in time. He is expected to make the starting XI on Saturday, but Raul Jimenez and Kenny Tete are out injured. 

Predicted XI: Leno, Castagne, Adarabioyo, Ream, Robinson, Palhinha, Cairney, Cordova-Reid, Pereiea, Willian, Muniz

Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp has more injury headaches ahead of their trip to London to face Brentford. The Reds will be without Trent Alexander-Arnold for an extended period after the right-back got injured once again last week. 

Apart from the Englishman, Joel Matip, Stefan Bajecetic, Kostas Tsimikas, Thiago, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Mohamed Salah will also miss the game due to injuries. Goalkeeper Alisson Becker won’t be playing against Brentford because the club is checking how bad his hamstring is hurt. However, Conor Bradley is expected to rejoin the Liverpool squad after taking a few days off following the passing away of his father.

Luton Town

Marvelous Nakamba and Mads Anderson are out injured for Luton Town this week, while Daiki Hashioka remains a doubt. Tom Lockyer is also out of the match as he continues his recovery.

Predicted XI: Kaminski, Mengi, Osho, Bell, Ogbene, Lokonga, Barkley, Doughty, Townsend, Morris, Adebayo

Manchester City

Josko Gvardiol was a target for Chelsea but is now set to miss the match against them this week. The Croatian will be the only player ruled out of Manchester City’s title-chasing squad. 

Predicted XI: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Dias, Ake, Rodri, Foden, Alvarez, De Bruyne, Doku, Haaland

Manchester United

Erik ten Hag will look to continue with the same starting XI that defeated Aston Villa earlier this week. Anthony Martial, Tyrell Malacia, Mason Mount, and Lisandro Martinez remain out for Manchester United. 

Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw remain doubtful for the game, which could see Dalot and Lindelof as the full-backs this weekend. 

Predicted XI: Onana, Dalot, Varane, Maguire, Lindelof, Casemiro, Mainoo, Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford, Hojlund

Newcastle United

Eddie Howe will once again be without a recognized striker for Newcastle United’s game against Bournemouth. Alexander Isak and Callum Wilson are out, and that will force Anthony Gordon to play upfront once again.

Joelinton, Nick Pope, Matt Targett, Elliot Anderson, and Joe Willock are also out injured for the Magpies. Sandro Tonali remains out following his suspension for betting breaches, while Jacob Murphy is a doubt but could make the bench depending on his late fitness test.

Nottingham Forest

Nuno Espírito Santo has just two players out injured ahead of their match against West Ham United. Chris Wood and Gonzalo Montiel are the only confirmed players out this week.

Sheffield United

Chris Wilder has a lot of injury issues ahead of their match against Brighton. Rhys Norrington-Davies, Ben Brereton, Oliver McBurnie and Ivo Grbic are doubtful for the game, while Chris Basham, John Egan, and George Baldock are ruled out.

Tottenham Hotspur

Ryan Sessegnon and Manor Solomon remain the only players ruled out for Tottenham ahead of their match against Wolverhampton. They are waiting for the fitness updates on Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie, while Giovani Lo Celso remains doubtful.

Son Heung-Min is expected to replace Timo Werner in the starting XI, with Richarlison leading the attack.

West Ham United

West Ham United does not have any player ruled out of the match against Nottingham Forest at the time of writing. The Hammers are waiting for Michail Antonio and Lucas Paqueta, as they face late fitness tests amid reports that they are back in training.

Wolverhampton

Gary O’Neil has good news and bad news when it comes to team news this week. While Hwang Hee-Chan is expected to be back for the Wolves, Matheus Cunha has been ruled out for the foreseeable future with a hamstring injury.
