Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, the winger from the Seria A club Napoli has been recently linked with a move to the Ligue 1 giants PSG. Few of the reports have also reflected that the player is quite persuaded to join the French club. Amidst all this saga, his future at the Italian side Napoli hangs up in the air as of now.

The transfer market expert ‘Fabrizio Romano’ recently took to his official ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) account to give the latest update on where things stand between the 23-year-old left-winger and the Seria A club leading into the closing stages of the ongoing top-flight season. Romano has inflicted that Napoli is looking to offer a new contract to the Georgian player and they are willing to initiate talks with Kvaratskhelia about it soon as the club looks to ‘avoid’ any propositions from abroad for their number seventy-seven.

Fabrizio Romano further depicted in his post that the Italian club could well insert a release clause in the new contract for the 23-year-old as they did with their star striker Victor Osimhen. It is also being termed that the club owner Aurelio De Laurentiis wants to keep hold of the winger. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has 10 goals and eight assists for Napoli in the 2023-2024 Seria A campaign so far in his 31 appearances.
