The Red Devils have endured a forgettable season, but after they received a 4-0 thrashing against Crystal Palace in the English Premier League, the club equaled an infamous record in their history by conceding the most goals across all competitions (81) in a single campaign. The last time United conceded so many goals was back in the 1976-77 season when the club finished the season by letting in an astonishing 81 goals at the end of the season.
However, with three games in the season left for Man United, the infamous record could very well be broken if the Red Devils concede in their remaining games. Man United will now take on Arsenal and Newcastle United in their remaining games in the Premier League before facing Man City in the FA Cup final. A difficult few weeks await the Red Devils as they look to save face.
