Manchester United in pole position to sign Crystal Palace forward Michael Olise

The Red Devils are reportedly in the race for Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise who has made quite a name for himself in the Premier League over the past few seasons. Olise has been one of the standout performers in the top flight, with seven-goal contributions in the last six games in the second half of the campaign.

Manchester United will be looking to reinforce their attack ahead of the 2024/25 season and have set their eyes on 22-year-old forward Michael Olise. The forward who has grown as a Man United fan is also keen on a move to Old Trafford.

The 22-year-old has a release clause in the north of €60 million and will likely leave Palace in the summer. Despite struggling with an injury in the first half of this campaign. Olise managed to conclude the campaign with 10 goals and five assists in just 18 league appearances.

Palace head coach Olive Glasner is confident that the Eagles would be able to keep hold of Michael Olise amid the speculation surrounding his future at the club.

Olise is young and has Premier League experience that INEOS are looking to revitalise the squad in the coming season. The London-born Frenchman was born to an Algerian father and a French-Nigerian mother.

He is yet to earn an international cap as the forward is eligible to represent four nations England, Nigeria, France, and Algeria.

Manchester United will be preparing for their first transfer window and will focus on signing young players that align with the club’s vision under INEOS.
