Manchester United vs Arsenal Player Ratings as Trossard scores the winner

Arsenal have taken another step towards the Premier League title with a win over Manchester United. The Gunners have taken the drama to the final day of the season.

The Gunners secured a 1-0 win at Old Trafford today, with Leandro Trossrd scoring the only game of the game. They will now be hoping the their derby-rivals Tottenham beat Manchester City on Tuesday.

Without further ado, here are the Manchester United vs Arsenal player ratings from the game:

Manchester United player ratings

André Onana – 8/10

The goalkeeper was on a roll today and was the only reason Manchester United finished the game with a respectable scoreline. The Red Devils star could not do much about the goal as he got no help from the defenders.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – 7/10

The right-back should have done a lot better for the goal. Otherwise, he had a decent game and managed to keep Martinelli and Trossard quiet.

Casemiro – 5/10

The Brazilian has been poor this season and today was another low, though it was better than his performance in the previous match against Crystal Palace. Should have done a lot better to stop the goal.

Jonny Evans – 5/10

The veteran defender should have closed down Kai Havertz earlier than he did, but move came too late and the Arsenal man managed to assist with ease.

Diogo Dalot – 7/10

Had a decent match today and was able to keep Saka out of the attack most of the time.

Kobbie Mainoo – 6.5/10

Not his best game but managed to close down Rice and Odegaard most of the time. He was on top of his game with the passing, but his positioning was a bit off.

Sofyan Amrabat – 7/10

The Moroccan star had his second best game for Manchester United. However, it was not enough to get them a goal and the moment with Odegaard is something he will be keen on putting behind him quickly.

Amad Diallo – 6.5/10

The youngster showed Erik ten Hag why he should have got more chances this season. His injury might not be serious, and he will be hoping to get back to the pitch next week.

Scott McTominay – 6/10

Did not manage to link up with his teammates as expected and was mostly invincible in the game.

Alejandro Garnacho – 7/10

He was brilliant in getting past Ben White, but was running into Saliba and losing the ball often in the final third.

Rasmus Højlund – 6/10

The striker was once again unable to get into the right position. Managed just one shot and it was off target.

Antony – 5/10

Came onto the pitch with a lot of anger but he did not manage to get on the scoresheet.

Willy Kambwala – 6.5/10

Came on for Evans and managed to keep the defense line tight.

Christan Eriksen – 6/10

Hardly made an impact after coming on late in the game.

Omari Forson – 6/10

Hardly made an impact after coming on late in the game.

Ethan Wheatley – 6/10

Hardly made an impact after coming on late in the game.

Arsenal player ratings

David Raya – 7/10

The goalkeeper had to make just two saves today and was hardly troubled.

Benjamin White – 6/10

Garnacho was giving him a hard time today, and there was nothing White could do. Did well in attack and came close to scoring in the first half.

William Saliba – 9/10

Man of the Match performance from the Frenchman today. He was winning all his duels and tackling the Manchester United stars for fun.

Gabriel Magalhães – 8/10

The Brazilian had a decent outing and was hardly troubled by the Manchester United attackers. He had Hojlund in his pocket most of the time.

Takehiro Tomiyasu – 6/10

Easily the weak-link in the Arsenal defence today. He was getting beaten easily but was luckily helped out by Partey and Gabriel.

Martin Ødegaard – 7/10

The Arsenal captain had a good game but was hardly able to influence the attack. He was marked out by Amrabat and Mainoo with ease.

Thomas Partey – 5/10

The midfielder was hardly able to make a proper pass today and was the worst player on the pitch today.

Declan Rice – 7/10

The midfielder was unable to do much in the second half but managed to keep his side at bay in the defensive third.

Bukayo Saka – 7/10

The Englishman could not do much today as Diogo Dalot kept him off his game. Had two shots, but never troubled Andre Onana.

Kai Havertz – 8/10

Got the assist to win the game for Arsenal, but did not get a single shot away in the whole game.

Leandro Trossard – 8/10

The Belgian came in clutch for Arsenal once again and scored the lone goal of the match. He was not involved in the game much today.

Gabriel Martinelli – 6/10

Hardly made an impact after coming on today.

Gabriel Jesus – 6/10

Hardly made an impact after coming on today.

Jakub Kiwior – 6/10

Hardly made an impact after coming on today.

Jorginho – 6/10

Hardly made an impact after coming on today.
