Vitalii Mykolenko – 7 – Unfortunate to be substituted with an injury in the 58th minute. He was incredible till the time he played, creating two big chances for his team!
Mykola Matvienko – 7.5 – With a 91% pass accuracy, Ukraine captain Matvienko also won 100% of his attempted tackles, making three clearances, two interceptions and six recoveries!
Oleksandr Svatok – 6.5 – Played for 81 minutes and was decent throughout his tenure in the game. He was mainly responsible for clearing the ball from Belgium’s attacks
Illia Zabarnyi – 7 – The Bournemouth defender was proactive to every Belgian threat from the right, managed Doku very well along with Tymchyk
Oleksandr Tymchyk – 7.5 – Best defender on the pitch alongside Matvienko. He managed to keep Jérémy Doku at bay!
MIDFIELDERS

Mykola Shaparenko – 6.5 – Played 70 minutes and was decent throughout. Helped Ukraine manage the threat of De Bruyne, Tielemans and Doku
Volodymyr Brazhko – 7 – He too featured for 70 minutes, but was very effective in managing possession and building Ukraine’s attacks against a vulnerable Belgium team
Georgiy Sudakov – 7.5 – The pick of Ukraine’s midfielders. Sudakov wrecked havoc on the left side of midfield, trying to cause all sorts of problems to Castagne
FORWARDS

Artem Dovbyk – 7 – Was strong against a physical Belgian defence and held is own. Created chances for himself and almost scored!
Roman Yeremchuk – 6.5 – Was decent during the 70 minutes he featured, trying to link up with Dobvyk and his midfielders.

Youri Tielemans – 6 – Wasn’t as effective as is expected out of him, gave away the ball easily and couldn’t break Ukraine’s counter-attacking tactics
Amadou Onana – 7 – Way more involved in the game compared to Tielemans and was also key in building Belgium’s attack on Ukraine’s goal
Jeremy Doku – 6 – Did everything in terms of dribbling and skipping past defenders, but failed in delivering the final ball
Kevin De Bruyne – 7 – Did everything in his power to create something for ineffective strikers
Leandro Trossard – 6 – Lost possession way easily on multiple occasions. He was substituted at the hour mark!
FORWARDS

Romelu Lukaku – 6 – Missed a great chance in the first 10 minutes of the game, and wasn’t too involved in the game overall for the rest of the time.
