Watford were dealt with an early blow as striker Vakoun Bayo was injured just 2 minutes into the game. Patson Daka opened the scoring for Leicester from the penalty spot in minute 11. After half-time, Ricardo Pereira quickly doubled the lead for The Foxes with a swift finish. Abdul Fatawu earned an assist from the Pereira goal.

Watford, at home, kept knocking at Leicester City’s goal and finally broke through with an Emmanuel Dennis goal just after an hour on the clock.

Meanwhile, Watford will stay stuck in the middle at 11th in the league. On that note, let’s take a look at the player ratings for Watford vs Leicester City.
