However, M Chinnaswamy Stadium has now again faced a challenge as the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2026 is not being played in Bengaluru.

The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has officially announced the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2026 Venues, as the tournament will be played in Hubli and Mysore. It was announced in one of the events held by the state association in Bengaluru, which was held by Venkatesh Prasad, President of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) and other stakeholders. However, the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2026 schedule is yet to be officially announced, but it is confirmed that it will begin from June 20, 2026.

The reason behind the M Chinnaswamy Stadium not being selected as the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2026 Venue is unknown, but it may be influenced by the recent decisions taken against the stadium. On the other hand, another reason behind Hubli and Mysore as new venues could be spreading cricket across the state of Karnataka and not just limited to Bengaluru.
