Arjun Tendulkar Leaves LSG, To Play For New Team After Frustrating IPL Season

As the Indian Premier League (IPL) has come to its end, teams are locked in to face off in the Playoffs. After a single match stint of Arjun Tendulkar playing for LSG, the son of Sachin Tendulkar is all set to play in the T20 Mumbai League, which will begin on June 1. He was acquired by the Arcs Andheri for ₹10 Lakh during the 2026 player auction, which was a 400 per cent increase from his base price of ₹2 Lakh.

There were many takes that Arjun might not be able to play the T20 Mumbai League after playing domestic cricket for Goa. However, he got an NOC for playing the T20 Mumbai League because he did not participate in any other leagues of that state. Arjun Tendulkar, who has a very good potential in cricket, will be playing his another consignment of cricket after IPL. He could become one of the best all-rounders in India in the future with continuous efforts on the field.

History of Arjun Tendulkar in T20 Mumbai League

Arjun Tendulkar has played well in the T20 Mumbai League as an all-rounder. He started his journey in 2019 with Aakash Tigers and later played for Arcs Andheri. In batting, he played 6 matches and scored 104 runs, with a highest score of 48. His strike rate was around 123, showing he can score quickly.

With the ball, he took 5 wickets and gave runs at an economy of around 9. His best bowling performance was 3/27. One of his best matches came against North Mumbai Panthers, where he took 3 wickets and also scored 28 runs to help his team win.
