The Day 4 of the 2nd Test between Bangladesh and Pakistan witnessed several heated moments from players of both teams. Pakistan wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan was at the centre of it as he was constantly sledged by the Bangladeshi players.

Rizwan came in to bat when Pakistan were in trouble at 154-4. During his knock, he stopped the play and called for physios to get his cramps treated. During the day, a moment came when Bangladesh cricketers accused Mohammad Rizwan of overacting to halt the momentum. The skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto even said, “Yeh Over Acting Ke liye Hum 50 Paise Katenge (We will cut 50 paise for this overacting”.

One of the players even said, “Acchi acting kar raha hai (He is acting well)”. The sledging continued to go on as the home team players reminded Rizwan that his place in the team is not safe and tried to build extra pressure on him.

The umpires urged Rizwan to continue the game in order to complete all the overs within the stipulated amount of time. However, the wicketkeeper-batter got cramps regularly in the hot and humid conditions. Both teams were looking to grind it out as Test cricket seemed to be at its peak.

Mohammad Rizwan Litton Das Controversy Heats Up the Tension

Bangladesh players sledging with Mohammad Rizwan was clearly thhe highlight of Day 4. During the match, there was also a controversy between Rizwan and Bangladesh wicketkeeper Litton Das. The Pakistan keeper stopped Taijul Islam during his bowling stride and complained of someone being in front of the sight screen.

Litton, who didn't like it, asked the Pakistan batter to concentrate on his batting rather than looking outside. Rizwan, visibly furious, responded back which forced the umpires to intervene.

The BAN vs PAK 2nd Test has reached at an anti-climatic spot with the home team still slightly ahead. Pakistan are 316-7 now and need 121 runs to win in the final day with one of the best wicketkeepers in the world, Mohammad Rizwan, still at the crease at 75* off 134 balls. He is the only hope for Pakistan with Sajid Khan at the other end.

Bangladesh are 1-0 up in the series and would be looking to clean-sweep here at Sylhet. It will be a great achievement for them and will give them a massive boost.
