The two stages of the Ranji Trophy will remain in place. While the second phase will start on January 22, the first part of the event will start on October 15 and go through November 19. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), which was established in 1934, hosts the Ranji Trophy annually. In addition to including teams from many states and regions, it provides a significant platform for players aspiring to play for the Indian national team.

The Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT) will be held in January, followed by the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT) in December. At the end of January, the Ranji Trophy will resume, just like it did the previous year. The last two group stage games will take place from January 22 to February 28.
