The eight teams will be divided into two groups of four teams each and the top two teams from both groups will earn a place in the semi-final. The finalists of the tournament in the end will get an entry for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026.

A total of 28 games will be played in the Qualifiers and will see teams in Namibia, Malawi, Nigeria, and Kenya (Group A) hosts Zimbabwe placed alongside Uganda, Tanzania, and Botswana (Group B) fighting for the title. The tournament will be played across two venues in Zimbabwe in Harare Sports Club and Takashinga Cricket Club.
