Indian Fan Zones Tickets Sold Out: 50 Days Before the Start of the Series

The global superstars of cricket, like the king of cricket, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, are expected to play in the AUS vs IND series, which will automatically increase the demand for tickets among Indian fans as well as Australian fans. India Tour of Australia for White-Ball Series

The best cricket teams in the world will be in action together as India will be touring Australia for a white-ball series in October. The two teams will be up against each other in the three-match ODI series and the five-match T20I series. The India tour of Australia will begin with the ODI series. The first game of the series will be played on 19th October at the Optus Stadium in Perth, followed by the second match in Adelaide on 23rd October. The last game is scheduled to be played on the 25th at the Sydney Cricket Ground in Sydney.

The ODI series is expected to mark the return of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in the Indian colours. The duo has taken retirement from Tests and T20Is and are now available only in ODIs. They played their last ODI game during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final. The series will be an important one for both the legends to prove their worth, as they have been in the headlines for a while. Several reports have claimed that the Australia series will be their last, and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) isn't keeping them in the plans for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2027.

The ODI series will be followed by the five-match T20I series. The first match will be played on 29th October at the Manuka Oval, Canberra. The next match will take place on 31st October at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, followed by the third game on 2nd November at Bellerive Oval, Hobart. The last two games of the AUS vs IND series are scheduled to be played on 6th and 8th November, where the fourth game will be played at Bill Pippen Oval, Gold Coast, and the last match will be played at the Gabba in Brisbane.

The T20I series between the teams will be an ideal preparation for both of them for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. The tournament will be played in February-March in India, and both sides will have a great opportunity to fix their core group for the tournament.
