Sarfaraz Khan Century: Strong Message Ahead of IPL 2026 Auction

One of the names that shone with the bat was Sarfaraz Khan. Playing for Mumbai in the group stage clash against Assam in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium B in Lucknow on Tuesday, the right-hander slammed his maiden ton in the shortest format of the game.

Sarfaraz Khan SMAT ton came in just 47 balls, and on the second last ball of Mumbai’s innings. Sarfaraz, whose highest score was 67, hammered eight fours and seven sixes during the course of his innings as he stayed unbeaten at 100 against Assam. Sarfaraz Khan’s innings with the bat helped Mumbai post a total of 220 for 4.
