Swastik Chikara Muskan Karia

A former Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) player is trending on social media for an unwanted reason. Since the IPL 2026 is starting in March, the news has received a lot more attention on social media.

A screenshot is getting viral, which shows that the player is a paid subscriber to a popular social media influencer, Muskan Karia, to access her exclusive content on Instagram. The player is none other than Swastik Chikara, who was a part of the 2025 IPL champions for a single season.

Swastik Chikara Subscribes to Muskan Karia’s Exclusive Content

Swastik Chikara, an Uttar Pradesh-based cricketer, is making headlines on the internet as a screenshot showed him as one of the paid subscribers of Muskan’s exclusive content. The Swastik Chikara Muskan Karia subscribing news has gone viral on the social media.

As soon as the screenshot was posted on the internet, the users were quick enough to react to it, with one of them commenting, ‘ye toh pehle se hi mujhe creepy lagta tha’, while another wrote, ‘AI hai bhai.’ The Swastik chikara controversy is not slowing down as fans have started speculating various things.

Some fans also started calculating the earnings Muskan is probably making through the paid subscribers. The subscription cost for Muskan’s exclusive content is INR 390, and the screenshot shows that she has around 6550 subscribers currently, which makes the amount ultimately around INR 25 lakhs.

Swastik Chikara Unsold in IPL 2026 Auction

Swastik Chikara was a part of RCB, a team with most fans in IPL, for the last season and gained a lot of popularity as well. However, he didn’t get a single match to play and warmed up the bench throughout the tournament. Although RCB ended up winning the title and lifted the IPL trophy for the first time in 18 years, Chikara didn't get any chance to make any contributions with the bat.

Interestingly, he’s still caught the attention of several Royal Challengers Bengaluru fans, and they gave him a name, ‘Kohli’s biggest cheerleader’. There were several clips of him roaming around with the former RCB captain, taking photos with him, or sharing candid moments as well. However, there was a moment after which fans weren’t happy with him.

After winning the final in 2025, Virat Kohli became emotional and shed tears. It was massive moment for one of the best batsmen in IPL history as he won his first ever title. But the moment was ruined as several fans said that Chikara joined Kohli, who probably wanted to feel that moment alone. The Swastik Chikara RCB season came to an end as he was released ahead of the IPL 2026 mini auction, which clearly indicated that they don’t require him anymore in the squad.

But the UP cricketer was hopeful to be picked up by some other franchise during the auction; however, that couldn’t happen. Chikara wasn’t bought by any of the ten franchises and went unsold. The 20-year-old batter plays domestic cricket for Uttar Pradesh but wasn’t even included in UP’s squad for the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26. But as we mentioned above, he’s just 20 years old currently and has a lot of time to do well in his career in the future.
