It was a spectacular catch as the ball was going away from him. But he somehow jumped to his right to take the catch. South Africa Champions Win in Thrilling Bowl Out

The way South Africa Champions and West Indies Champions batted today, it looks like the Edgbaston, Birmingham pitch wasn't much favourable for them. The game started with the South Africa Champions captain AB de Villiers winning the toss and choosing to bowl first. It was a terrific bowling performance by the Proteas as they were successful enough to bowl out the Caribbean team on just 79 runs. The match was interrupted due to rain, so the overs were reduced to 11.

West Indies lost four quick wickets, but Lendl Simmons and Chadwick Walton scored 28 and 27 runs, respectively. They were the only batters who touched the 20-run mark in the team. But there were some solid batters down the line who had the potential in them to chase the low score. Meanwhile, the pacers were getting good movement because of the weather. Sheldon Cottrell and Fidel Edwards portrayed a brilliant bowling performance in the match. Both of them claimed two wickets, but Edwards' wickets came in the last over when he took two back-to-back wickets.

The match ended in a tie, but the match officials decided to go with the bowl-out. South Africa went first but missed their first three chances. However, they hit the last two ones perfectly. On the other hand, West Indies failed to hit the stumps in their first four attempts and thus, lost the match 0-2. Overall, it was a thrilling game between two sides with some great players.
