The Canada Super 60 League is set to return with its second season this year after the successful campaign in the first season. The renowned league has retained its core structure, but the officials have also aimed to expand its reach and visibility this year.

The league will, of course, have local Canadian talent, but with an increased number of international stars this year, it features some of the best cricketers in the world. The contest is going to be really exciting this time, as some players from the Canadian team who performed well in the recently concluded ICC T20 World Cup 2026, who will try to continue their good run.

When is Canada Super 60 Starting?

The Canada Super 60 Season 2 dates are out and it will be played from September 29 to October 4, 2026, with all matches scheduled at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver. The indoor venue remains a key part of the tournament’s identity, ensuring uninterrupted play, especially from the rain, and a controlled environment.

The competition will follow a compact six-day window, with eight teams involved, including two women’s teams, continuing the league’s dual-gender approach, which sets this league apart from other tournaments. A total of 24 matches are expected to be played during this period. Meanwhile, former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, who is associated with the league, talked about the upcoming season and said:

“After the success of last year’s inaugural season, I am truly delighted to share that Canada Super 60 is returning for Season 2. The response from fans, players, and the global cricket community was incredibly encouraging, and it was clear that the world took notice of what we are building here," Yuvraj said.

The official schedule and squads are yet to be announced for the second season of the league, but the Canada Super 60 Season 2 Players are likely to be amongst the biggest names in world cricket. In the inaugural season, a lot of well-known players like Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan, Moeen Ali, Martin Guptill, Alex Hales, and Shakib Al Hasan.
