The tournament was launched with the aim of providing emerging and List A-level players greater exposure to international cricket.

Some of the best women's cricketers, like Radha Yadav and Nandni Sharma, will be showing their talent in this tournament. India A is coming as a defending champion into the tournament and will be looking to keep the trophy with them.

This tournament is going to start from February 13th, and it is going to be nine days of a complete action packed matches between the top A-Class asian womens teams, and the final match will be played on February 22. A total of 12 group stage matches will be played in a single venue, Terdthai Cricket Ground.
