The ICC has taken a harsh decision to suspend Cricket Canada after a series of "serious breaches" of its membership guidelines. It is a massive setback for cricket in Canada, who were looking to qualify for their third successive T20 World Cup in 2028.

In the video, Chohan put serious allegations on Cricket Canada for pushing certain players for the national team selection over deserving candidates. The conversation also included possible allegations of some matches being fixed.

Another recent issue was Canada's T20 World Cup 2026 match against New Zealand, which is still being investigated by the ICC's Anti-Corruption Unit. If found guilty, the Canada cricket team and involved players could face serious consequences.

Can Canada Play ICC Tournaments?
