The team management might be feeling the need for an extra fast bowler in conditions suited for pacers, and it could be the reason for Udhav playing this match.

Enaan is a talented young cricketer known for his legspin bowling skills. Alongside his bowling, he can also contribute with the bat lower down the order. Despite being dropped, he can play a key role for India Under-19 in the latter stages of the tournament.

The Indian U19 team has shown pure dominance in the ongoing tournament by remaining unbeaten so far. They started their campaign with a convincing six-wicket win over the USA. They followed that up with another comfortable 18-run win over Bangladesh, courtesy of Vihaan Malhotra’s brilliant spin bowling performance, who picked up four wickets in the match, while conceding only 14 runs in the four overs.

In the last group stage match, India outplayed New Zealand in a rain-affected match by seven wickets. The Boys in Blue will look to continue their dominance in the IND U19 vs ZIM U19 match as well and progress to the next stage.
