BGIS 2026 Semi finals: Teams, Schedule, Format and Stream

The BGIS 2026 Quarter Finals were done and dusted on March 1st, 2026. The stage, which started with 64 teams, saw 16 of them qualify for the semis and an additional 24 for the wildcards. The journey of 24 teams also came to an end after the quarter-finals.

BGIS 2026 Semi Finals Schedule

Unlike the previous rounds from the league stage, which were hosted online, the BGIS 2026 Semi Finals will be played as an official LAN event. The matches will be played on four days between March 12, 2026 and March 15, 2026.

Tesseract Arena, in Hyderabad, which also hosted the BMSD 2025, has been assigned the LAN duties. Teams and their players will travel to the city to participate in this stage. Live crowd is expected to be allowed on match days.

BGIS 2026 Semi Finals Teams

There are a total of 24 slots available for the BGIS 2026 Semi Finals. Of these, 16 slots have been occupied by the teams that finished in the top 16 of the cumulative BGIS 2026 Quarter Finals Points table. The 16 teams that directly entered the BGIS 2026 semis are:

The remaining slots for the semis will be taken by the top 8 teams from the BGIS 2026 Wildcard stage. This last league stage shall feature 32 teams.

BGIS 2026 Semi Finals Format

The BGIS 2026 Semi Finals will be played in double round robin format. It shall involve 24 teams. These teams will be divided into 3 groups, each having 8 teams. All the teams from each group will play 16 matches over the course of 4 days.

At the end of all matches, the top 8 teams based on cumulative rankings will advance directly into the BGIS 2026 grand finals. There will be no elimination in the semis as the remaining 16 teams will move into the BGIS 2026 Survival Stage.

All the matches of the BGIS 2026 semi-finals will be streamed on the official YouTube channel of Krafton India Esports. You can enjoy commentaries in Hindi, English and other regional languages. There will also be a separate map feed that will locate the position of the teams at every instant on every map they play in.
