BGIS 2026 battles are intensifying as we progress to the higher stages of the league phase. With two rounds of the tournament already over, BGIS round 3 will feature some of the best underdogs and professionals in the community.

This is the penultimate round, which will put the teams in the lobby of the best teams from BGIS 2026, the grind. You can expect to see some fierce gun game, out-of-the-box rotations in a clash of underdogs and pros.

BGIS 2026 Round 3 Schedule

BGIS 2026 round 3 is going to take place over four days starting February 12, 2026. The last day of round 3 will be played on February 15, 2026. This stage of the tournament will feature 256 teams. There will be 16 groups with an equal number of teams in each.

Out of the 256 teams, there are 240 underdogs and 16 pros from the groups B and C of BGIS 2026, the Grind. There will be some big names in the lobby like Revenant X Spark, Vasista Esports, reigning champions VXT, NONx, and Team Genesis.

The three maps on which the matches will be played are: Erangel, Miramar, and Rondo. The order of the matches and the maps will be revealed on the day of the matches. Regardless, all the teams are expected to play only one match at Rondo since it has been the usual modus operandi.

BGIS 2026 Round 3 Format

The BGIS 2026 Round 3 is simple. There will be 16 groups and each group will play a total of 6 matches. At the end of all the matches, the top 6 teams from each group will get into the final league phase: BGIS 2026 round 4.

In addition, there will be a separate list of the top 16 teams from the losers' bracket, which includes the 7th-16th placed teams from all groups. These combined 16 teams will move into round 4 along with the direct qualifiers. At the BGIS 2026 round 3, 144 teams will get eliminated and only 112 will remain in contention to compete for the title of India's best BGMI team.
