• Open FC Mobile on your mobile device
• Navigate to the Settings Option. It's the Cogwheel icon in the top-right corner.
• Once the options pop up on your screen, go to the Commentary & SFX option.
• Choose your preferred language and download the commentary pack.

Do remember that FC Mobile doesn't allow you to download the entire commentary package at once. Therefore, you must choose only one and delete it if you want to try out any different language.
