The eFootball Championship 2025 World Finals were held in Tokyo, Japan, from July 20, 2025, to July 21, 2025, with events across two categories taking place. KONAMI did an amazing job by organizing this event featuring top players across the globe and making eFootball a known name in the gaming community.

This marked the 5th edition of the eFootball finals. Over 40 million players from several countries participated in the 2025 season qualifiers, with only 32 of them qualifying for the tournament. All 32 players were divided into two categories, with 16 being in the Console category and 16 in the Mobile category. What made this year's eFootball Championship more special was eFootball's 30th Anniversary, creating a memorable day with both nostalgia and esports.

Mobile Category

Brazil's Juninho_eFootball delivered an incredible performance for FC Barcelona in the Mobile category and claimed the title. Both these matches ended in 1-1 and 2-2, respectively, with Bru_Jeansui and Katsupeeya winning the penalty shootouts and reaching the semi-finals.

Thailand's star player Bru_Jeansui put up a destructive performance in the semi-finals and won the match by 2-0. The finals between Jeansui and M-Mestre_ didn't fail to give an entertaining match, as the competition between the two was full of thrilling moments. After an intense contest of 121+ minutes, the match went to the penalty shootouts, with Bru_Jeansui coming out as the eFootball World Championship winner in the Console category. BRU_Jeansui's tactical skills and immense focus led him to perform exceptionally well throughout the finals, and crowned him the champion.
