The player's contract with the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Corinthians was signed on September 09, 2024, as a free transfer. His contract is a two year one, which will expire on December 31, 2026. The official financial details of Memphis Depay contract haven't been disclosed yet, but local media reports say that it is valued at around £9.5 million. Some reports say that his agreement with the club includes a luxury home in a gated community, 24-hour security guards and drivers, a private chef, annual business-class flights between Brazil and Europe, a VIP box at the stadium, etc, for him.

The centre forward's career began when he joined youth clubs like VV Moordrecht, Sparta Rotterdam and PSV. He moved to the youth club of PSV on a free transfer from Sparta Rotterdam youth club.
