Senne Lammens - 6.0: He had very little to do all game. Couldn't be blamed for the penalty, which was powerfully struck. He did what was required of him without any fuss. A quiet day at the office for the keeper.

Defenders

Diogo Dalot - 6.5: A very industrious performance from the full-back. He won an impressive 8 out of 11 duels, showing his combative side. However, he was often careless in possession, losing the ball 23 times. His final product was lacking, but you can't fault his effort.

Matthijs de Ligt - 6.0: A really mixed showing from the Dutchman. He made some important clearances but looked shaky. What stood out to us was his struggle in the air, winning only half of his 10 aerial duels. Not the commanding presence we expect to see.

Leny Yoro - 4.0: A day to forget for the young defender. He looked completely out of his depth. His clumsy challenge led to the penalty that gave Palace the lead. It was no surprise to see him substituted early in the second half. A harsh lesson learned.

Luke Shaw - 6.5: A solid and reliable performance before his substitution. His passing was crisp and accurate, and he got forward to support the attack. Picked up a cynical yellow card which was his only real mistake. United looked a bit less secure after he went off.

Midfielders

Casemiro - 7.0: The Brazilian was everywhere, for better and for worse. He had three shots, forcing two good saves from the keeper. He also made 7 ball recoveries, breaking up play effectively. However, he was also a bit reckless, committing four fouls and losing possession too often.

Bruno Fernandes - 8.5: The captain was the architect of the comeback. He provided the assist for Mount's winner and created four chances in total. He was constantly trying to make things happen, spraying passes and delivering crosses. A true captain's performance when his team needed him most.

Amad Diallo - 6.5: He worked incredibly hard, drawing three fouls and showing flashes of his skill. But his end product was just not there. He lost the ball frequently and his decision-making in the final third was questionable. A frustrating performance to watch.

Forwards

Mason Mount - 8.5: What a way to win a match. His goal was an absolute stunner, a brilliant strike from distance that decided the game. Beyond the goal, he was lively, involved in the build-up play, and looked full of confidence. This was the Mason Mount United fans have been waiting to see. Our highest-rated player.

Joshua Zirkzee - 8.0: He got the all-important equalising goal with a sharp finish. His physical presence was a constant problem for the Palace defence. He held the ball up well and brought his teammates into play. A very effective performance from the striker.

Bryan Mbeumo - 6.0: He was active and got into some good positions. But his finishing was wasteful, missing a big chance and getting only two of his three shots on target. He also picked up a needless yellow card. Not his most clinical day.

Substitutes

Noussair Mazraoui - 6.5: Came on for the struggling Yoro and immediately brought a sense of calm to the defence. He looked composed and solid, helping United see out the win.

Lisandro Martínez - N/A: Brought on late to replace Luke Shaw and help secure the victory.

Patrick Dorgu - N/A: A late appearance with little time to make an impact.

Kobbie Mainoo - N/A: Thrown on in stoppage time to run down the clock.

Manager

R. Amorim - 7.5: The first half was a tactical mess. United looked poor. But whatever he said at halftime worked wonders. His decision to replace Yoro was vital, and the team came out with renewed purpose to turn the game around. He gets full credit for masterminding the comeback.

Goalkeeper

Dean Henderson - 7.5: He must be wondering how he ended up on the losing side. Dean Henderson made four saves, including a couple of excellent stops to deny Casemiro. He commanded his area well, making four punches. Could do absolutely nothing about either of United's goals.

Defenders

Chris Richards - 6.0: A physically dominant performance, winning 8 of his 13 aerial duels. However, he was very poor on the ball, losing it 20 times. He struggled to contain United's forwards in the second half. A mixed bag of a performance.

Maxence Lacroix - 6.5: The man was a clearance machine, racking up an incredible 14 clearances. He was constantly in the right place to put out fires. He put his body on the line for the team. It was a heroic defensive effort that ultimately went unrewarded.

Marc Guéhi - 5.5: From our perspective, the captain had a tough afternoon. He struggled against the physicality of Zirkzee, winning just 4 of his 10 duels. He also picked up a yellow card for a frustrated foul. Not the composed performance we expect from him.

Midfielders

Daniel Muñoz - 6.0: He ran tirelessly up and down the right flank. But his final ball was consistently poor. He offered plenty of energy but lacked the quality needed to make a real difference in the attacking third.

Tyrick Mitchell - 6.0: He was defensively sound for most of the match. He kept things simple and did his job. However, he offered very little going forward before being substituted. A steady but unspectacular outing.

Adam Wharton - 7.0: We were really impressed with him. He was composed on the ball and always looked to play forward. He made three tackles and recovered the ball seven times. Palace seemed to lose control of the midfield after he was substituted.

Daichi Kamada - 6.5: A tidy and technical performance without a decisive impact. He kept possession well and worked hard for the team. But he couldn't find that killer pass to unlock the United defence. A decent but forgettable display.

Forwards

Yéremy Pino - 6.5: He was a livewire, creating three chances for his teammates. He looked dangerous every time he got the ball. However his final decision was often poor, and he was caught offside at a key moment. Lots of promise but little end product.
