Summary
The first day of the Survival Stage of PUBG Mobile World Cup saw 16 teams go all out against each other in a bid to accumulate maximum points. The lobby was stacked with the likes of the reigning champions Alpha 7, PMCL SEA Summer 2025 Champion Yangon Galacticos, PMJL S5 P1 Winners KINOTROP and BGMI Pro Series champions AryanxTMG, among others. All the teams were involved in some heated in-game confrontations, fierce drop clashes, and vehicle fights. At the end of the day's play, some teams had come a step closer to the finals while others remained in hopes of a comeback on day 2.
India's very own BGMI Pro Series Champions, AryanxTMG, were part of the day one proceedings of the Survival Stage. The Indian Champions didn't have a great day and failed to make any kind of impact in any of the six matches. They were prone to early eliminations and constantly lost gun battles. Their rotations and positioning were also not up to the mark, as the team consistently lost players while trying to enter the circle in the dying stages of the match. The team will have to stage a dramatic comeback, else there will be no Indian representation in the grand finals.
