BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 Grand Finals Qualified Teams, Schedule, Format & More

BGMI iQOO Battleground Series 2025 is moving to its business end following the conclusion of the semi-finals of the event. Earlier, the top eight teams from the group stages had already booked their slots in the grand finals. The remaining 24 teams headed into the semi-finals of the event and received a second chance to qualify for the finals. However, at the end of four rigorous days of battles across three maps in eighteen matches, only eight teams managed to confirm their slot in the grand finals, while others crashed out.

The top eight teams from the overall semi-finals standings are going to join the top eight teams from the group stages in the grand finals of BGMI iQOO Battleground Series. The grand finals are scheduled in August. The grand finals will be a LAN extravaganza in Delhi, the venue of which is yet to be disclosed. The final day saw the 24 teams compete in edge-of-the-thriller encounters and intense fights where only the best teams prevailed, while the others perished.

BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 Grand Finals Qualified Teams

BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 began with 32 teams. These included thirty invited teams and two qualified teams. The group stages of the tournament began on 21st July. After four days of intense battles, the best eight teams had sealed their spot for the LAN finals. The remaining teams had another shot at the finals via the semi-finals route. The semi-finals involved many high-profile teams like Godlike, Soul, Revnant X Spark and Orangutan.

All the 24 teams had put their best strategies, gun game and reflexes in the matches. The semifinals were played across four days between July 25th and 28th. Each team played 12 matches, and at last eight teams had sealed their fate for the Grand Finals. The following teams are set to battle it out to be crowned the champions of India's biggest unofficial event.

Revenant x Spark dominated the semifinals right from the first day, where they claimed three back-to-back chicken dinners. Orangutan staged the strongest comeback on the last two days after languishing at the bottom half of the overall standings in the first half of the semi-finals. Fan favourite teams Godlike and Team Soul endured a disappointing run in the semifinals as they finished 21st and 18th, respectively. The overall standings of the semifinals is given below.

BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 Grand Finals Schedule and Format

The finals of the BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 will feature 16 teams. The grand finals will have a LAN event in Delhi. The organisers are yet to reveal the official venue of the event. The grand finals will be held over three days between August 9th and 11th. The winners will be revealed after the last game on the final matchday. The grand finals will have a total of eighteen matches. Each day, all the finalists will compete in six matches across three maps.
