BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 Semifinals: Teams, Format, Schedule, Where to Watch & More

The iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 has moved into its Semifinals stage, with 24 teams still in the running for a place in the Grand Finals. After an intense Group Stage, only the top 8 teams made it straight to the Grand Finals. The remaining 24 teams now have one last shot from July 25 to 28.

The Group Stage took place from July 21 to 24, where 32 teams played 10 matches each. The top 8 teams from that stage moved on to the Grand Finals. The other 24 teams are now competing in the Semifinals.

These 24 teams are split into three groups of 8, and only 8 teams from this stage will move on to join the already-qualified teams in the Grand Finals.

BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 Semifinals Format and Schedule

The Semifinals will take place from July 25 to 28 in a round-robin format. Each team will play 16 matches over four days. The top eight teams, based on overall points, will qualify for the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams will be eliminated from the tournament.

After the Semifinals, the event will move to its biggest stage, the Grand Finals, happening offline in Delhi from August 8 to 10. This LAN event will feature the top 16 teams, including the eight teams that already qualified from the Group Stage. They will play 18 matches to compete for the BGMI iQOO Battlegrounds Series 2025 title and a share of the ₹1 crore prize pool.
