Supercell Introduces new Hero Journey Feature in Clash of Clans, Coming With the June Update

Supercell has finally dropped its first round of sneak peeks for the upcoming Clash of Clans June 2026 update! The developers unveiled a brand new feature for its new and returning players to get a constant supply of Epic Equipment and Hero Ores.

Ever since CoC's new General Manager, Sabrina, revealed Supercell's plans to introduce more ways for players to get Ores in the last Clash of Clans Inside the Builder’s Hut Episode 4, players have been looking forward to a similar announcement. And the devs have finally answered with the new Clash of Clans Hero Journey feature!

Earn Ores and Free Hero Skins From the New Clash of Clans Hero Journey Reward Path

Upgrading your Hero now actually just got a whole lot more rewarding! The Hero Journey in Clash of Clans comes as a brand new reward track offering you rewards for upgrading your Hero levels. The rewards include free Epic Equipment, exclusive Hero Skins, Ores, and even Magic Items!

Starting from Hero Hall level 7, you will see the Hero Journey tab unlocked with a Reward Path that progresses based on your total cumulative Hero levels. Yes, by upgrading Heroes and even unlocking them, regardless of who they are, you will be progressing on the Hero Journey Reward Path!

Now, for seasoned players who have already maxed out or are on the verge of maxing out their heroes, there will be a migration process coming with the Clash of Clans June 2026 update. Hence, with the migration, current players will be rewarded based on their Hero Upgrade level and will be placed on the Reward Path accordingly with the rewards pre-unlocked.

Besides the Hero Journey, the upcoming June update is also bringing a new Dark Elixir troop, the Clash of Clans Ruin Witch, and a new Clash of Clans Angry Spell! The update is expected to arrive soon, possibly early next week.

List of Rewards in the Clash of Clans Hero Journey Path

As discussed above, there are multiple resources available in the CoC Hero Journey Path. From Epic Equipment, Magic Items, Magic Snacks to Hero Skins, the new Reward Path has something to offer for everyone.

You will be getting Epic Hero Equipment Chests, which offer you only the upgraded Epic Equipment that you don't already own! Additionally, once the update arrives, your existing equipment will be upgraded to new levels based on your Town Hall level. If you already have all the Epic Equipment unlocked and are a max account, however, you will be receiving a fallback reward of 50 Starry Ores.

Additionally, there are new Hero and Equipment Quests that, upon completion, offer special Ore Chests! The Ore Chests, as the name suggests, offer Ores. The Tasks to complete the new Quests are pretty simple and involve earning Stars and winning battles with a specific Hero or using Specific Epic Equipment that you already own.

Players should note that, unlike the Rewards from the CoC Hero Journey Path, the migration won't affect the Quests once the Clash of Clans June 2026 Update goes live. Hence, you will have to go through every Hero and Equipment Quest and complete them individually to get the Ore Chests.

Every Quest rewards three separate Ore Chests, which reward Shinny, Glowy, and Starry Ores each. This actually contributes to balancing the Ore economy for new and returning players. Finally, there are Legendary Hero Skin rewards!

Yes, on maxing the Heroes individually, you get to unlock their exclusive Majestic Hero Skins for free from the Hero Journey reward path. The Majestic Hero Skin Set comes as a more stylish and royal version of the pre-existing Hero Skins.
