Clash of Clans Portal Panic Event Guide: Here's How to Get the Rewards

Summary
The Clash of Clans Portal Panic event has begun, and players stand a chance to claim some exciting rewards from both the free and paid paths of the Reward Track this October. From mashup madness troops to useful magic snacks, as you progress through the reward path, exciting rewards await you. Let's take a look at all the Clash of Clans Portal Panic event rewards available and how you can claim the Portal Pendant in Clash of Clans easily.
List of Clash of Clans Portal Panic Event Rewards
Players can collect Sour Elixir, the new event currency, from three random buildings in regular battles, ranked battles, and revenge attacks, with the amount scaling up towards the end of the event. If you collect a total of 16,000 Sour Elixir, you can claim all the rewards of the path.
But nothing looks more exclusive than the Sour Elixir Fountain decoration in the new major event introduced as part of the ongoing Clash of Clans Clash-O-Ween Events. To claim the new deco, players need 16,000 Sour Elixir. While the number seems like a lot, it can be easily achieved through your regular farming battles.

The free side of the Reward Track rewards include 3,200 Sour Medals, 5,000 Shiny Ores, and 400 Glowy Ores. Besides these, players can claim magic snacks like Clan Castle Cake and Mighty Morsel. As players progress through the tiers, they can unlock temporary Halloween troops like the Giant Skeleton and Royal Ghost, and the new Clash of Clans Totem Thrower Troop is also included in the track.
In the paid side of the Reward Track, we have extra rewards including 5,500 Sour Medals, 880 Glowy Ores, and 85 Starry Ores. Please note that for this medal event, the amount of glowy and starry ores in the paid track has been increased after the Clash of Clans Ore Cost Reduction announcement. Players who purchase the event pass will get 1,000 Extra Sour Medals.
Players who purchase the pass can claim up to 8,900 Sour Medals. With that, they can claim multiple items in the trader shop during the event, including the Portal Pendant in Clash of Clans. That being said, free-to-play players can also claim the new equipment just by grinding the event.
Clash of Clans Portal Pendant Comes as New Equipment for Minion Prince
While the Coin Collector and Portal Stuff are two decorations featured in the trader shop, the Portal Pendant is the biggest feature of the event. Players can claim the Clash of Clans Portal Pendant equipment from the trader shop with 3,100 Sour Medals.

The Portal Pendant is an active ability for the Minion Prince. When used, it pulls the hero and nearby troops to be summoned elsewhere with extra health and haste. At maximum level, the radius of the portal is 10 tiles. Moreover, the health recovery reaches 1,381.
The Recall capacity is also increased to 400. As healing on redeploy is increased to 35% at max level, high HP troops will get a massive boost from it. Please note that while in use, the portal cannot pull the siege machine along with your hero and troops.
Distract Defenses with Clash of Clans Totem Thrower Troop
As mentioned earlier, the Totem Thrower troop will be featured in the free tier of the Clash of Clans Portal Panic event along with other temporary troops. It is also live in your army camp as of now. So, before you unlock it, you can practice with the troop as much as you can.
On the first and every fourth shot, the troop throws a totem to distract the defense. This temporary troop will certainly help you to collect the maximum Sour Elixir from each battle so you can get to the 16,000 Sour Elixir mark quickly. Besides that, you can also enjoy the Lavaloon troop, which is a blend of lava and loon. Speaking of portals, take a look at all the steps on how you can complete the Clash of Clans Portal Challenge easily.
