Trainers can catch the special featured Pokémon, Mega Gyarados, from this raid event, ranging from 1855- 1937 Combat Power without a weather boost. A superior version of Mega Gyarados, ranging from 2319-2422 CP, can be caught using windy and rainy weather boosts. Being a water and dark-type Pokémon, Mega Gyarados is weak against the following Pokémon typings.

Trainers can catch both genders of the Pokémon as well as its shiny form if they happen to encounter it in the Wild.
