Tencent has announced a brand-new PUBG Mobile Esports tournament platform aimed at simplifying the way community tournaments are organized and approved. Announced this week, the platform aims to make the process quicker, more transparent, and accessible to everyone, from small local organizers to esports clubs at the university level.

With the new system, tournament hosts can apply and get approved in just 3 fast steps: submit tournament details, request room cards, and host! Tencent states that this will now only take 3 - 7 days, down from weeks of waiting.

It will also be faster to apply because the app supports more than 1 language, so that applicants from various regions can submit in their native tongue.

But that’s not all. Organizers who receive official authorization will gain access to PUBG Mobile’s full range of tools and resources. This is something rarely seen in mobile esports ecosystems.

The toolkit will grant the organizer copyright protection, access to PUBG Mobile assets and branding, a spectator client, and even social media promotion coming directly from PUBG Mobile's official social media channels.

In fact, Tencent is providing community hosts the same toolkit they would provide to an organizer of a tournament like ESL or DreamHack.
