The StarRuputre Valve Blueprint location will bring you to the Selenian’s Research Outpost, which is located far to the east of your starting area. It’s a long journey, so be prepared before going out.
- The blueprint is on the top floor of the outpost, but you can’t get it right away. It’s locked inside a treasure room, and to open it, you’ll need to collect four keycards.
- The keycards must be collected in a specific order; you won’t be able to progress. Follow the steps below carefully to get all four and unlock the blueprint.
- This place is far from the start, so it’s a good idea to build a small outpost nearby. Also, be ready for enemy presence, bring proper weapons and plenty of medkits before going in.
- Make sure you collect the keycards in the order below, or you won’t be able to progress.
