Zenless Zone Zero 2.3 Leaks Reveal Lucia Kit, Abilities, and Ether Support Role

Lucia is going to join Zenless Zone Zero, maybe in version 2.3, as new Ether type support. Till this time, HoYoverse has not really given any clear details about her kit or exact role, but already, many leaks have come out from the beta test and a trusted leaker group. What is showing from that, she is not acting like the usual DPS character. Instead, her way of fighting is more centered on Echo Strike and the Dream system, which links attack power and support buff for the team.

Zenless Zone Zero Lucia kit leaks: Skills and Battle Style

Basic Attack

Her normal combo has five Ether hits one after another in Zenless Zone Zero. On the last strike, Echo appears and hits the enemy in a small circle in front. This strike not only damages but also makes Dream Points. Those points later needed for her Dream state, where she changes into a stronger version.

Special Attack / EX Special Attack

Her special move sends Ether slash in a straight line. When it turns into Grand Echo Strike, it becomes stronger and also gives Force Through to the ally. With this effect, teammates get Sheer Force bonus, and the value goes higher when Lucia's HP is higher. If she uses this while inside Ether Veil: Health, the time of the buff lasts longer, so the team stays supported.

Dodge and Dodge Counter

Lucia can dodge to avoid an enemy strike. But if dodge is done perfectly, she can counter back with an Echo hit that strikes in the area. This counter again makes Dream Points, so even defense connects to her resource cycle.

Chain Attack

Her chain move brings out an ethereal figure that pulls the enemy close and then deals Ether damage. This helps in control and also causes good damage to the team.

Ultimate

Resonant Strike is her ultimate skill. In this move, she rides forward on an ethereal form, takes less damage while moving, then finishes with a huge Ether slash. After that, the ground turns into a healing zone, restoring HP for anyone inside. Because of this, she works both as damage and healer at the same time.

Core Skills

Lucia's core mechanic is Dream state. When she enters a fight, she already gets Dream Value, making the bar fill faster. Once Dream is active, her Echo move changes into a stronger version and gives buffs like more HP or higher damage to allies. Even when she's off-field, the Aftershock effect lets her still support. She also gets a bonus with Rupture or Stun agent, since Force Through in this case also gives CRIT DMG raise to allies.

Additional Ability

Her extra ability shows more team focus. If she is with Rupture or Stun units, Force Through not just Sheer Force buff, but also adds CRIT DMG. This makes her useful, especially in teams that depend on burst damage.

Mindscapes and Team Fit

Lucia's mindscapes also leaked. These upgrades improve her supportive kit and later add more attack value.

At the first stage, Fierce Attack does 15% more Sheer DMG. She also gets a stack system called Energy Storage. When she levels up a skill, she gets a stack, and if some are left after Fierce Attack ends, one stack is used again to give a buff to the squad.

Second, when allies have Force Through inside Ether Veil: Health, they get 10% more HP. The third stage gives +2 level to her main skills like Basic, Dodge, Assist, Special, and Chain.

At higher stages, her support role keeps growing. Fourth stage lets her recover 6 Energy every time Ether Veil starts or extends, also gives 40 Decibel to the squad once in 12 seconds. The fifth stage again gives +2 level to main combat skills, improving her numbers.

At the last stage, she turns more hybrid. When inside Ether Veil, her attack goes up by a percentage of her max HP, so HP build helps her deal damage too. Her Grand Echo Strike also always lands CRIT, and after CRIT lands, CRIT DMG grows by 30%. This makes her dangerous as damage while still healing and buffing.

From all this, Lucia looks like complete Ether support. She can heal with her Ultimate, give HP and CRIT buff, and still do decent damage. She seems to match best with Rupture agents like Yixuan or future ones such as Komano Manato and Yidhari. With HP scaling making both support and damage stronger, she looks easier to build than many units.

If the leak stays correct, Lucia may become one of the most important new characters in Zenless Zone Zero 2.3. She mixes sustain, buff, and offense together in one design, making her a center role for any team needing flexible support.
