As per the social media post circulated, a group of friends who missed the live action got lucky as ball landed near them. They were cheering for the RCB out of the stadium but their day was made with hands on that ball.

An Instagram account under the username of @mohan__liger_, posted the reel of whole incident, about getting the ball of Tim David six. Even the Indian Cricketer, Irfan Pathan commented on that, “Wanted to see who got the ball.” This reel has got more than 2.5 million views and showed the luck of RCB fans even out of the ground.

The finisher from Australia, Tim David, is looking in his prime form in IPL 2026. He is continuing his role in the RCB batting from the last season, where he comes in the lower middle-order and play his natural explosive shots in the middle. In the 1st match, he played a small cameo of 16 runs in 10 balls unbeaten and coming into the 2nd match, he scored 70 runs off 25 balls remaining unbeaten yet another time.
