Legendary India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh is clearly not pleased with the way things are going for Punjab Kings in the ongoing season of Indian Premier League. Yuvraj, who is a mentor of some of the players in this team, has now lashed out at them for their social media incidents.

The Punjab Kings social media controversy is well known to anyone who is following this season of IPL. Some of the PBKS players like Arshdeep Singh and Harpreet Brar have constantly been posting reels videos from their social media accounts, which have come under a lot of scrutiny.

Yuvraj Singh Slams PBKS Players

Punjab Kings all-rounder Harpreet Brar posted an image on his Instagram handle where he was sitting between Priyansh Arya and Arshdeep Singh. However, it was the text on the image that shocked everyone.

Above Priyansh Arya, Brar referred to him as a ‘slogger,’ while he called Arshdeep Singh a ‘vlogger’ in this image. The image went viral on social media and Brar was also criticised for calling Arya a slogger.

Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, the GOAT of cricket, has worked with most of these Punjab players. He has nnow slammed them by saying that it is time for all of them to be slapped with slippers.

Apart from their brilliance during the first half of IPL 2026, the Kings have been involved in a no. of social media controversies and eventually bowed out of the tournament by finishing 5th in the IPL points table at the end of the league stage.

Arshdeep Singh's constant vlogging during the team's trips led to massive backlash as he was accused for concentrating more on social media than his bowling performances. Despite being one of the best bowlers in IPL, he had an underwhelming IPL campaign, where he picked up 14 wickets at an average of 38 and an economy rate of more than 10 runs an over.
