Manchester City made a new Premier League record by winning the league in four consecutive seasons. In the final match of the season, The Citizens beat West Ham United with three goals to one.

Mohammed Kudus added a bit of anxiety for the City fans after scoring before the break to narrow the gap. The Ghanaian launched an overhead kick to stun Stefan Ortega after Josko Gvardiol failed to anticipate James Ward-Prowse’s corner.

West Ham kept trying their best to match the host’s intensity until Rodri scored City’s third goal of the day. He has scored eight goals in the league so far, having done it for the first time since the beginning of April.

Etihad Stadium erupted as the final whistle was blown, giving the light-blue side of the Manchester room to celebrate another league victory. City finished the season with 91 points, four-point clear to Arsenal who only had a draw against Everton in such a decisive game.
