Karnataka's squad for the 2025–2026 Ranji Trophy first round has been revealed by the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA). Starting on October 15, Saurashtra will host this match at Rajkot's Niranjan Shah Stadium Ground B. There are no changes in the leadership of the 15-man team as aggressive batter Mayank Agarwal will continue to lead it. However, the return of star batsman Karun Nair to his home team after a few seasons with Vidarbha is the most significant development.
After the 2022 season, Karun Nair had to move from his native state to Vidarbha, which is why the KSCA selectors overlooked him for a spot in the squad.
